Grading Policy

VEHS staff members believe in the capabilities of ALL students.  We also realize that students have different talents and gifts.  Because of our small, intimate setting we are able to differentiate grading based on personal effort, creativity, attention to detail and direction, prior work, and the compliance with rubric / evaluation standards.

Classes will be given a letter grade: (“A”; “B”; “C”; )
+/-  will be included and reflected in points earned.    GPA based on a 4 point system
